Orders placed on weekdays will be dispatched the next working day by 1st class post (UK) or Airmail (Outside UK).
Deliveries can take up to 7 working days for UK Deliveries from the time of dispatch, and up to 30 working days for outside the UK (International).
Orders over £15.00 are sent free of charge by 1st class Recorded Delivery (UK)
You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless TidyWare UK Ltd, its directors, officers, employees, consultants, agents, and affiliates, from any and all third party claims, liability, damages and/or costs (including, but not limited to, legal fees) arising from, without limitation, your use of the FastIronOnTransfers.co.uk services, your breach of the Terms of Service, your infringement of any intellectual property right or any other right of any person or entity, or your breach of any duty of confidence or privacy, or any defamatory statements made by you in any form.
All items sold on our website are made to order. We do not keep stock of individual transfers, we take your order and design the transfers from your order.
We sell our range of transfers to charities, sports clubs, businesses, and thousands of end users. Any damages for not following our instructions such as:
Will not be covered by any warranty.
If you believe our transfers to be faulty, or not fit for purpose, please contact us immediately. We store past batches of material for testing and are able to test your batch of material on a standard t-shirt.
If you would prefer to send your transfers back to us for testing, we will test on a standard t-shirt following instructions. If the transfers are deemed to be fit for purpose, we will return them to you.
If the transfers are deemed as faulty, we will replace them free of charge.

Every single order placed on our website has an artwork file associated with it, so we can check what you have received with what was ordered.
If there has been an error made by us, we will rectify as soon as possible.
